9.0Everything you need was there. Good shower/ bathroom. Area convenient.
− Living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit in for long for older people. Modem had alot of interference- until the last day I laid it down, worked better then.

9.0Very well presented property with several welcome extras such as fresh milk, teas and coffees and a selection of treats. Easy walking distance of Barnsley town centre in a quiet street.
− Central heating system had been left off with no instructions, managed to turn it on the day we left. Minor niggles were that there were two lockboxes. It would have helped if we had been told to try the lower one and if we had not had to chase for the code

10.05 minute walk into town. Nice touches from owners , snacks complimentary wine. Milk, tea and coffee.
− Unfortunately bathroom was downstairs.
