− There was no apartment available, no one to welcome us, and we received no answer when we called the stucture's phone number. Yet the reservation had been indeed confirmed and the money taken. In the end we had to find a new last minute accomodation.

The property was central. It was clean and very easy to collect the keys.

− The host was supposed to get a free Geneva transport pass for us (every tourist is entitled to it. It turned out he did not know about this and we did not get the pass.

Very clean, good communication with the host. Well equipped kitchen plus a bottle of water, tea, coffee, pepper, salt, sugar etc. Comfy shower. Perfect location 2 steps from the lake and in the center of sparkling Eaux Vives district. Super easy check in and check out.
