Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber

− Der Anblick des Eingangsbereiches absolute Katastrophe! Überall Müll, ein Hausbewohner der dort Alkohol trinkt, Feuer macht. Im Flur schlimmer Tabakgestank, Türen und Wände verschmutzt. Schlafen nachts durch ein sehr lautes Umfeld schwierig.
