Great location tired unloved property

The location is fabulous for all the things we wanted to see and do.

− We were not given clear instructions on how to find the keys and the exact location of the box. The two upstairs bedrooms smelled fusty, 3 of the 4 beds were broken and there was rat/mouse poison and rat droppings on the floor. There was very little crockery and cutlery. Not enough for max occupancy. There were no instructions for appliances like the tv and the coffee machine. In general the property looked tired and well used there were stains on the carpets and window blinds were broken. We asked the owner if he could arrange for some milk for when we arrived and received a flat no! To sum up it is being used as a money making machine with no thought to homely editions such as up market shampoo hand soap etc.

La posizione della casa è eccellente, zona molto tranquilla, case vicine molto curate, è vicinissima ai musei e alla metropolitana.

− la casa è molto trascurata, rovinata, male arredata (un divano sfondato), mancano moltissimi dettagli, cucina molto sfornita! Se uno investe in una casa per 8 persone si aspetta di poter cenare a casa e avere alemeno 8 piatti e 8 bicchieri!!! la tappezzeria è strappata in più punti, moquette molto datata e rovinata. Un vero peccato, ha un grande potenziale.

The location

− The property is not well maintained. There are broken cupboard doors, peeling paint from the walls, leak marks in the ceiling in the lounge area, the dishwasher was dirty so we didn’t use it, the washing machine and dryer had never been cleaned so we had to clean the filter to use it. A manual either on line or a hard copy would have been useful outlining how to use the heating- we were without hot water for a day. The attention to detail we have experienced at similar places in other cities was missing here.
