− Hot water pressure was terrible, They tried to fix which bearly made a difference, then the hot water would run out every shower. This was a single person, having a 5 min shower, no way two people could have a shower one after another. To top off, made a complaint afterwards and was told three times there was nothing wrong.

5.0It was warm. Coffee machine. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Map of town. Nice looking building from the outside.
− High, hard pillows. No robes. No welcome pack. No bubbles/soap for the bath. Uncomfortable lounge. Terrible layout of the lounge-room. Lounge area needs a rug. Garden needs some love. I would reduce the size of the kitchen and steal back some of that space for the loungeroom. The kitchen outsizes the house, which is unnecessary for short stays. Also the kitchen lacks the character of the house.

A very pleasant place to stay.
8.0Once we got the air conditioner on the house warmed up nicely. The electric blankets were appreciated and the doonas kept us warm. A very pleasant stay.
− The extra heaters in the bedrooms were a little small for the spaces but with everything going and electric blankets we weren’t cold.
