New and quite place surrounded by beautiful scenery

− Slight buildup of water in the dishwasher..while using the kitchen sink and toilet sinks. Bbq is quite dirty

Lovely and spacious for four of us, comfy beds and good showers. Kitchen was well stocked

− Would’ve been nice to have had liquid soap in the showers and bathroom as nowhere to put hand soap apart from on the bench.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful Hanmer Springs home! We had an amazing time at this 4-bedroom house. It was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the living areas were ideal for relaxing after exploring Hanmer Springs. The location was great — peaceful and quiet, yet close to the hot pools, shops, and walking tracks. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the fresh alpine air. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this property for families or groups — we’ll definitely be back!

We planned a family visit to Hanmer Springs, as we never have visited the South Island before, our stay at 10 William Jones place was exceptional! It was immaculate, cozy, comfortable and an excellent place to stay! Close to all amenities yet so quiet and peaceful. Absolutely beautiful property. Highly rate this home and would definitely book this home to stay in again! Absolutely loved it 😍

Great location, handy to our wedding venue. Everyone had a comfortable stay. The showers were amazing!

− The white stones out the back door were uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet!
