He was friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile, making every interaction a pleasant one. I would also like to recognize the manager, Bassam, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He genuinely cares about his guests and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. His willingness to help and attention to detail made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
