Could do much better with a little effort.
7.0Quite location. Bath. Sofas . Excellent communication from owners.
− The flooring was lifting throughout. There was no blind on the kitchen window. The bathroom taps were very loose. The tea coffee caddies were rusty. Cleanliness was a 4/10. Coffee table broken. Argos cheap dining table for only 2 people. No chairs. Decor very poorly done. Not enough coats of paint and cutting in possibly done by a partially sighted person. Very little storage in second bedroom. Main bedroom had king sized bed base with a double mattress on it. Duvets were the cheapest of quality and on the small side. An ottoman with mail for previous occupiers in it. A small amount of effort could make this a very good holiday let. We felt comfortable and relaxed despite the above criticism.

− Disappointed there was no table to sit at, couldn’t stay here for long as you could only eat off your lap. The shower was unusable, although there was plenty of hot water the water pressure was so poor you couldn’t stand in the shower and adjust the temperature satisfactorily definitely a major issue The decor needed a freshen up as there were areas of damp visible We did have problems with the lighting but this was rectified quickly Could benefit form a good outside light in order to see the key safe and key hole better
