7.0I'll arrived around 0100 am, I've told already I'll be late..Owner said OK..When I arrived the lock box cannot be opened cause the pin number gifted are wrong..I call & Whatsapp many time but not responded..then guard help me to open the lock box..At morning when I asked for towel they said all the towel washing at laundry..Untill I've check out nobody sent the towel..I have transfered RM300 for deposit..Owner said will refund after 3 days..but after 6 days I Whatsapp & email then they transfer it...I very2 disappointed with the situation...

− I had a very disappointing experience at this homestay. The unit was not clean upon arrival, and the bedcover and towels were dirty. Despite charging RM100 for a cleaning service, it was clear that no proper cleaning was done. Additionally, my deposit has not been returned till now, which is extremely frustrating. Given the poor cleanliness and lack of proper service, this place is definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to others.
