− Muito barulho externo da rua, cama sem conforto, porta do banheiro quebrada e sem fechadura, geladeira que faz extremo barulho além de não estar gelando a parte debaixo, móveis usados e alguns rasgados além de não possuir máquina de lavar e nem guarda roupa..

Ótimo custo-benefício e excelente localização.
9.0A recepção no apartamento foi muito facil, conseguimos entrar com muita facilidade. A Internet funciona perfeitamente além de ter claro tv. A localização é excelente, próximo a praia e sem necessidade de carro para ir a praia e para os bares durante a noite
− A limpeza do apartamento nao estava muito boa quando chegamos, principalmente a geladeira.
