Appartamento ristrutturato grande e luminoso nel centro di Sirolo a pochi passi dalla piazza. Unico disappunto la pulizia che abbiamo chiesto di ripetere.

− La pulizia straordinaria richiesta non è avvenuta nell' immediato e si è limitata ai soli pavimenti. Consigliamo di rivedere la pulizia in particolare di docce,cucina e coprimaterassi.

Very central location but unsuitable for families with young children.

The 2 air conditioning units were very effective at cooling down the 2 bedrooms. The location was perfect, in the heart of Sirolo. The apartment was nicely renovated. The kitchen area was ample for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The main bedroom was lovely—good sized wardrobe ad ensuite bathroom.

− The lack of onsite parking was challenging but expected. When we first arrived, we were unable to access the bedroom in the loft because the door was stuck. This was a problem for us as we needed the bed for our son. The host provided a portable bed which was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for a 14-year-old boy. When we finally accessed the loft, the bedroom was also very hot with no air conditioning. The window in the loft had no flyscreen so during the night it was difficult to keep it open to achieve airflow. It was unbearable at 35 degrees. The wardrobe in the loft was old and stuck off its hinges. It also had a horrible smell. The bedroom on the mezzanine level was very small and had no wardrobe. The bathroom had a shower head that was broken and we resorted to fixing it with an elastic band. The kitchen had a very strong smell of dampness, especially in the pantry. I didn't use any of the kitchen facilities during my stay for this reason. The was no WI-FI and cell reception was very poor. The stairs were a hazard. No hand rail. Just a rope fixed to the wall. Not suitable for families with young children.

The property was functional and in a great location but lacked tender loving care.

Excellent location. We had some issues with the upstairs shower and the downstairs bedroom door, and the staff were prompt to fix these problems.

− The location was super, however you can tell the property is managed by an agency as it lacks nice loving touches. Everything that was listed was present, but the facilities were not good quality. There was also no kettle or toaster, which we would consider standard items to stock in a kitchen. We were told there was no wifi, but there would be town wifi, which was not true. There was also very limited phone reception, and with no wifi, that meant no internet - which was very annoying. No basic supplies provided (for example, salt, pepper, dishwasher but no dishwashing tablet, oil, minimal toilet paper - 2 rolls for 4 adults for 5 nights). The upstairs shower drain hadn’t been cleaned before our stay and there were drainage issues in the shower. After further inspection, there was a lot of hair and grime, which we had to clean ourselves - disgusting. Upstairs room not suitable for an adult, more suitable for a child. You cannot stand up in the room.
