The cottage was absolutely stunning there was so much to do the hot tub / Games room / Mini golf were all a favourite for our family spend 4 nights here could have spent more and the views were stunning we will definitely be booking again

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage and couldn't have asked for more. The facilities were outstanding, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel comfortable and entertained. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied, with a pool table, games, and excellent outdoor space complete with a BBQ for enjoying meals together. The cottage was well-equipped, immaculately presented, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway.Whether you're looking for relaxation or fun with family and friends, this place has it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it, even the dogs loved it. We can't wait to return!

The property was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The hot tub and sauna were excellent and made the stay feel very relaxing. The games room was a great addition, and the large garden provided plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The location was peaceful and ideal for a short getaway.

− Some dishes in outdoor kitchen weren't very clean on first use. But don't want to take that away from the full experience as it was lovely

We have just come back from staying at Winnie Cottage for a 3 night stay and WOW! The Cottage is well equipped in the Kitchen, the outdoor kitchen and games room. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the upstairs bedroom has a water bed! The views are spectacular and tranquil, the peace and quiet was well needed. The hot tub was big, clean and enjoyable and after a long day, the bath tub in the upstairs bedroom was great for a deep soak. The Sauna was a treat too, however we had beautiful weather, so didn't use it too much. The seating area surrounding the fire pit, was also a stunning feature. The games room was great, we played pool, ping pong, connect four and darts. We enjoyed the Japanese grill, and cooked in the outdoor kitchen, which has a fridge and fridge freezer, so you don't need to store everything in the kitchen downstairs. On arrival there was a lovely hamper for us to enjoy on our break away, it was very thoughtful. I can't wait to come back and enjoy Winnie Cottage again.

Fantastic property with great facilities. It was also very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were done to an exceptional standard. The sauna and hot tub were both clean and easy to use. The fire pit looked good but unfortunately it rained so we couldn't use it. The sustainability measures were also a positive. Great location and nice and easy to travel around Northumberland.

− Although I liked the sustainability measures I think some were a little strict. The automatic lightning could do with a longer setting as they often turned off when using the downstairs bathroom or when sitting on the settees. The sitting area would benefit from a TV replacement as the sound quality was pretty poor (but that could have been us). It was nice that the host offered to adjust the sauna times prior to our arrival but it would have been nice to have had the window of use per session open for longer.
