Excellent layout of property, and nicely decorated..

Location excellent. Bed and pillows excellent. Furnishings excellent.

− The Vertical drapes downstairs unable to close properly which could be a security problem. The Front screen door didn’t lock or open properly. The BBQ was very dirty and rusty.

Pool, location, spacious accommodation, air con, all cooking amenities present, 2 sinks in the bathroom.

− Too many steps/levels for the older members of our party, lack of understanding in receiving a second set of keys to a gated complex.

A few things ruined the experience.

The fact that you could walk down to the water. The house was modern

− The washing machine ruined our linen clothes completely! I don't know what was washed in it, but it dyed all our lights blue/gray. Not happy at all, especially when we couldn't contact anyone to rectify the situation! If someone is showering and another turns on the cold, it scolds the person in the shower. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Also, for an Air BnB, it had NOTHING. You get more/better service in a hotel, which is disappointing.

The property is in a great location and well presented. The outdoor gardens are well maintained and it is only a quick 2 min stroll to the beach. amazing sunsets!

− limited kitchen equipment available, only 5 wine glasses, no champagne flutes, no beer glasses, no jugs, cafetière and limited cooking equipment. the knives were that bad we had to go out and buy some. the bath had to be cleaned before use.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
