Notre pire expérience à Oludeniz
3.0L’entrée et la decoration du hall et des piscines sont belles, comme une jungle. Très adaptées pour faire de belles photos. La femme de ménage est souriante et très sympa
− Le personnel de l’accueil est antipathique. On affectait des chambres à des clients venus après nous et quand on demandait notre chambre on nous disait qu’elle est toujours pas prête, sans meme vérifier par appel. Les equipements de la chambre sont très anciens, et datent de la fin des annees 90 et début 2000. La climatisation est ancienne et peu efficace. Internet est catastrophique. La porte de la salle de bain était brisée…

8.0Die Außenanlage mit den Pools war wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls perfekt – Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit bemüht waren, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
− Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Außerdem befanden sich während des Frühstücks Katzen und Hunde im Speisesaal, was wir als etwas störend empfunden haben. Abgesehen davon hatten wir jedoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
