9.0We loved the view of the harbour. This was a different place to the one in the picture, so we can not comment on The Lowther Penthouse!
− The access code was very confusing. Took us over an hour to get in. We waited for a resident to help us to get into the building. Key safe was not great either, but we are mature people.🤔

6.0Possitive thing is, that owner tried to reply to our requests so swiftly ..
− Firstly, we weren't able to find the property. There should be more detailed description regarding that. Secondly, when we finally reached, 2 heatings didn't work. We contacted owner and requested portable heater, guys brought at very late evening 1 heater. They promised to be back other day and fixed it, but they didn't. Next day the hot water didn't work in property only the shower as it's electric one .. But you will not wash the dishes in shower, will you ? Maybe not everyone uses warm/hot water for dishes, but then it looks exactly that way, which it was - dirty and oily dishes. The boiler was locked, so had to come in touch once again with owner, lady apologized as the storage supposed to be open normally. Smell in the bathroom after each use of toilet - disgusting.. Carpet in the sitting room remembers better times .. At the description it says the flat is within new, modern building .. It's a flat in an old building, the windows do not prevent the flow of freezing air in winter or noise from the street at all. Floors in the building are uneven, so they are in the flat ... I am sorry, we can't say anything more positive, but it didn't meet our expectations and we are very disappointed ...
