Everything was great other than the thermostat issue.
10.0Keyless entry, all of the available equipment to use, clean, beautiful location.
− The air conditioning was preset to not go below 74 for cooling. We asked for them to lower to at least 70 and they did change to 71. The pool hours were 9-9 which is a bummer and the pool is not heated-way too cold to swim in!
Beautiful, spacious townhome in Princeville.
10.0Spacious, beautiful townhome in Princeville ideal. Loved the open layout and three separate outdoor lanai's. Quiet and peaceful. Also, availability of bikes and beach toys added plus. Rental staff were very responsive.

9.0The property management that assists the host was awesome! The house was very clean and they made sure if I needed anything it was done. I had stayed at other places that were not as clean and well taken care of during my two month stay….this place was excellent.
