Terrible soundproofing, but maybe a great spot for very sound sleepers
3.0This is a lovely space and a very convenient location!
− Sadly, this apartment has the worst soundproofing I've experienced in a long time. I could hear the conversations taking place above me, heard every sound coming from the TV, and every step people took. I'm a light sleeper and struggle to fall asleep, so this was a huge issue for my comfort. Even earplugs weren't enough to help drown out the noise. I don't even think the upstairs neighbors were being unreasonably loud--there's just no soundproofing. I finally got to sleep one night after midnight only to be awakened at 4:55 am by someone having a shower with the sound of the water in the pipes loud enough to wake me up. Sadly, I won't be able to stay here again.

10.0They were very kind and helpful when I arrived late. I am not used to lock boxes so I felt a bit silly not being able to figure it out but they were right there ready to help! I appreciated it so much!
− Phone signal wasn't the strongest but that's only because it's a basement and that's really to be expected. Sugar for tea and coffee would be great!
