10.0Eine zauberhafte eingerichtete Wohlfühl-Wohnung. Groß und liegevoll durchdacht eingerichtet. 3 individuell eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Kamin und Schaukel, ein Vollbad mit Badewanne und Pflegeprodukten, sogar in der Küche an alles gedacht, sogar Gewürz-Rondeel, hochwertiges Öl und Essig. Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und wir kommen gerne wieder. P.s. Vor der Tür Haltestelle der Tram und in 2 Stationen oder 8 Minuten zu Fuß ein großer REWE
− Uns hat alles an der Wohnung gefallen!!! Das einzige was wir anstrengend fanden, waren die vielen Treppen. 5 auf 2 Stockwerke. Für unser Gepäck hätten wir uns gerne einen Lift (Boy) gewünscht 🥵🥴😅😂. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau

6.0− Auf den ersten Blick alles schick ,aber bei genauen betrachten etwas verwohnt alles. Der Badezimmerboden löst sich.Badewanne Fugen starker Schimmel.Badewannenbrett verschimmelt.Aus den Kühlschrank tritt Wasser aus.Küchenschränke sehr ramponiert.Waschmaschine stinkt sehr. Keine Verdunklungs Möglichkeit der Fenster. Gruseliges stark renovierungsbedürftiges Treppenhaus.

9.0The communication was excellent . Helped out with some queries quickly. The car park place a bonus as Braunschweig difficult to park and not cheap. The apartment was only a short walk to town and because of its centre position expect a lil noise from trams in morning, otherwise quieter than expected. Fully equipped like home. It was very big ,warm and homely, even if you with 6 u never felt like where do I sit etc. We go to Braunsschweig every year and this is the best self contained unit we have stayed in.
− The only thought I have for the host is that if u went there for a couple of nights the storage is fine ie where to put ur clothes. If you went for longer i think there needs to be a wardrobe or chest of drawers in each bedroom.

10.0Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter*Innen, mit denen die Kommunikations sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, dafür ist es relativ ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Kinder fanden die Auswahl an Spielen, sowie die Badewanne wundervoll. Super schön eingerichtet.
