− I letti non erano fatti. Pagato per 5 e le sedie erano 4, idem gli asciugamani. Un rotolo di carta igienica e nessun scottex. Abbiamo contattato la struttura per chiedere se potevano portarceli essendo arrivati noi di sera e ci hanno detto che la mattina seguente potevano portarli, peccato che noi la mattina seguente alle 10 dovevamo lasciare casa. Avevamo chiesto il barbecue e ci era stato detto di no, e invece arriviamo e c’era quando noi ci eravamo già organizzati con la spesa. Giardino poco curato. Sciacquone del bagno che perde.

6.0La posizione e il contesto tranquillo
− La poca cura dell'arredamento, giardino idem, presentava una serie di fiori secchi e il giardino era poco curato per il potenziale. Due sdraio in giardino molto vecchie di cui una rotta, con il tessuto strappato. Le stoviglie in casa non erano pulite. Lo scarico doccia intasato, la cassetta del water perdeva. Mi è stato chiesto perché non avessi chiamato, ma le cose che segnalo non sono "problemi improvvisi" ma mancanza di cura e attenzione. Un altro esempio di mancanza di attenzione: Abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone, in casa c'erano 4 sedie. Ho pagato il soggiorno prima di entrare in casa, mi aspetto di trovare allo stesso modo il servizio puntualmente a posto
