The inside of the home was really cute! Decorated nicely and updated. The beds were comfortable. The water was nice and hot, and the water pressure was great! The location gave us easy access to the things we wanted and needed to do during our stay. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy our time together. There was a nice assortment of indoor games, too!

− The drive-up appeal was horrible! The grass was overgrown, the bushes weren't trimmed, and the apple tree in the front needs to be pruned! We kept hitting our heads on the branches, coming and going out of the front door. I called the first 3 days about the grass, but it never got mowed while we were there. I gave up! The code didn't work to get in, and we had to call the host to get a different code. Then each time we left, we had to try the lock 5 or 6 times to get the door to lock. We were finally told where the real key was located, and used it for the rest of our stay to lock and unlock the front door. Several windows didn't close all the way, so air conditioning was going out and bugs were coming in. There were cobwebs in some of the windows and doors. Although the description says outdoor games, we couldn't use them because the grass was too high! Cute yellow Adirondack chairs in the back, and we couldn't sit out there. Very disappointing. There was also no instruction book for how to use devices, like the TV, coffee pot, Checkout information, etc. The host, Mar, sounded very nice when I spoke with him and apologized for everything. We made the best of it.

Won't ever rent again.

It had a lot of space and we all fit. Basement was nice, bedding new. Downstairs bathroom new and didn't look like it had ever been used.

− It smelled - past pet owner or guest. Old house made to look great. Windows were painted shut, floors were squeaky, there were limited dishes for use, the yard needed mowing, and there was trash in the front yard. Not the best neighborhood - grow up trees and clutter in the entire neighborhood. The keyless door lock was very difficult to lock; it took several tries to get it to work. The screen door was awful and needed to be torn off.
