Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Dachbalkon mit Aussicht auf den Comer See, es war sauber und die Abwicklung unkompliziert (gute Erreichbarkeit per WhatsApp). Toll wäre es, wenn ein bisschen mehr Ablageflächen vorhanden wären (z.B. Regal im Badezimmer oder Haken für Geschirrhandtücher). Die Küchenausstattung ist unserer Meinung nach ausreichend, aber etwas spartanisch. Es gab z.B. keine große Schüssel oder ein großes/ scharfes Messer. Auch Geschirrhandtücher waren nicht vorhanden, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir immer welche dabei haben, aber man sollte es wissen. Die angebotene Garage ist für große bzw. etwas tiefergelegte Autos nicht geeignet, aber es wurde eine Alternative (Stellplatz) angeboten. Der Pool ist klein, aber sehr sauber und für eine kurze Abkühlung abends perfekt. Der Ort Lezzeno bietet nicht viel und die Küstenstraße dorthin ist abenteuerlich, aber es gibt ein paar schöne Restaurants und eine Anlegestelle für Ausflugsboote.

− Da das Haus direkt an der Durchgangsstraße liegt ist es sehr laut. Vor allem die Motarradfahrer beachten keinerlei Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung und nutzen die Straße trotz Ortsmitte regelrecht als Rennstrecke.

A travel to Italy many times and this time evrthing was perfect: - location bueutiful with view on Como from apartment and swimming pool :-) - shop 20m from doors :-) - breakfast 30m from door :-) And owners were v.helpful
