Its a well furnished property with Quality fixtures and Crockery, Plenty of room for a large group to sit and enjoy, the Fireplaces outside as well as in the Family area are excellent attraction!

Good to know

This is a strict no party house, bucks or footy weekends. We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions.

The property is in a Environmental Conservation Zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed. Although this is a 1.5 acre property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley.

Please keep in mind:

- There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time.

- There is no noise allowed outdoors after 10pm, its best to move the socializing indoors after that.
