Wir bekamen vom Vermieter eine andere Unterkunft, bei der alles i.O. war.

− Wegbeschreibung mangelhaft. Adresse nicht auffindbar. Nach längerer Zeit bekamen wir den Vermieter ans Telefon. Zimmer entspricht nicht den Bildern.

It was as described by the host. Clean rooms and beddings, air-conditioned house, firm mattresses - a home away from home. Also host was very responsive and even provided breakfast

The cockroaches and ants were unacceptable, I could not stay in such a filthy place. I am still waiting for the refund that I was promised.
