− Checking in process was complex for some reason and communication poor Property advertised a tumble dryer which was a primary reason for booking as we were traveling but there wasn’t one. When queried there was no response

− Perhaps the TV did not have basic free channels like BBC, ITV etc Will be good to have some information about local amenities/shops in the property
