location was fab. Our party of 6 were very pleasantly surprised at just how lovely the property was, clean, clutter free and elegantly styled. Easy for parking, would have used the garden more, were we not busy with celebrations and somewhat grey weather! Plenty of amenities, tea bags, toilet rolls...all welcome!
