The tiny apartment is comfy and cosy, Best part is the very fast Wifi and the location, nice TV and building staff are nice and attentive.,

− As much as i liked the unit itself and the communication between me and the owner, i have to be compleetly honest and tell you that it is very NOISY inside from the traffic below and the worst isolation on windows and balcony door i have ever experienced, during my whole stay there was a vendor down the street who played the very loud annoying song every day midnight to 6am wich was unbearable to sleep to. Cleaning assistant did acuse me of ´´bloodstains everywhere`` on checkout day, wich was not true in any way. Behind fridge it was so dusty as if not been cleaned for years.

The property was a short walk to Ayala Cebu and is along the highway which we like since we could hail a taxi easily. The room was clean. No hidden charges and the host was very accommodating.

Location is great for access to the mall. A/C is excellent. Good lighting. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

− VERY noisy apartment due to traffic noise and poor insulation. The curtains do not block the bright sunlight, or fully close, and that is unacceptable for international travelers managing time zones.

Super cozy condo near everything, I really enjoyed to stay there! The communication was on point and always fast, would recommend defenetly and gonna come back for sure one day 💚
