As suítes são muito confortáveis, bem equipadas e bem decoradas.

− Vizinhança barulhenta com música alta, sem hora para começar ou terminar. A lixeira na entrada do condomínio dá um aspecto e cheiros horríveis. As escadas exigem boa forma para subir e descer. Principalmente: o título "PARAÍSO A BEIRA MAR NA PRAIA DO PATACHO" é extremamente controversa. A edificação fica a pelo menos 200 metros da "beira mar" (essa informação está no anúncio).Otim
