− The shower was a little difficult to use.
Good homestay, close to station
7.0Excellent location (so convenient being very close to the station) and superb communication from the hosts. Easy to contact and couldn't do enough for us to get into the property - extremely kind and pleasant. The place was mostly clean. Location was quiet. The property was spacious and was one of the only places we could find with the two rooms available and for a very good price!
− Nothing particularly not to like, the place was cheap and cheerful. Had all the amenities you expected but could do with a little update - all decor is a bit worn and still has old Christmas decorations up. Bed quite soft.
Highly Disappointed.
3.0Still trying to find something positive. A few blocks from train station and shopping.
− HOT! No fans or a/c; no soap for shower; no hand towels or wash cloths; lumpy beds, couch pillows (with no pillow cases on beds); no pitcher or measuring cup; only two little spoons (except some massive ones); very poor general maintenance; main shower sprays everywhere but where you want it; limited bath towels that didn’t soak up any water; no paper towels; no toilet paper holders; can’t open dishwasher door very far to put anything in it; brooms and mops placed randomly all around; floors, doors, lights, counters, and cabinets falling apart; lights by beds missing cords; random/mixed type flooring; must have been decorated by someone who had delusions of being an interior designer. Difficult to communicate with representative to obtain access (we had to ask a random local person at train station to call for us because our U.S. phones weren’t able to connect). Location and description on Booking.com was not very accurate. No business name or sign (just another flat among many in the area). Neighborhood was on the non-traditional English side.

8.0Great location for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The parking was convenient and close to the apartment. Paul was also fantastic – he met us when we arrived, showed us where to park, and gave us a tour of the apartment. He was friendly and helpful.
