Great pool area and games room. Kitchen comes fully equipped for use including a coffee machine. The host replied quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent, modern and well equipped villa for couples or families.

We have been going to Florida on holiday for over 40 years, and I can truthfully say that this is the best villa that we have stayed in over that time. Owner communications were great. The .pdf villa info was very informative. Access was very easy via door lock. The facilities were very clean and modern. TVs in every room. Well equipped games room. Everything worked with no hassles. All the kitchen equipment looked new and there was plenty for cooking. There were plenty of towels for swims in the pool. We appreciated coffee supplies there for us when we arrived. It was a quiet suburban area with quiet neighbours, and the villa was at the back of the development, so there was no road noise from the 27. Overall, a very well appointed and equipped villa in a great location.

− Can't think of anything that needed improvement. Everything that we needed was there and more. It was just two of us staying, but the villa would also be more than suitable for a large family with small children.

Excellent villa - all you need for the perfect holiday

The villa was tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. It was clean and very spacious with lots of towels. Great for a family.

− The only gripe I have and it’s very small is the complete lack of cleaning products. A cloth and some surface cleaner or washing up liquid would be really helpful additions as no one wants to bring them or buy them as they often come in large packs.
