Super convenient for a long stay

The Apartment was really clean and well appointed. The comllex itself was located in a perfect location for the beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location easy to locate.

− When i open the door, a bad smell like from the bathroom seems never clean with any bathroom cleaner. Very dirty a lot of falling hair in the floor, very dusty everywhere. Even the mirror. The aircon was very noisy, shower heater is not working, microwave wasnt clean very oily and dirty inside. Bed is noisy too. Sofa cover was never changed u can see properly the dirt. The bedsheets has a leak mark on it. When i opened the closet there is a wet towel inside. This room need proper hygene and deep clean.lot of wallpapers are fallen down. My partner booked this room as there is a good review but its too late that we ddnt go down to read the foriegners review from the last year which is till now is the same. Bathroom mold, dirty shower curtain. Sink from the bathroom and kitchen has no covers. Im staying 3 nights, i told my partner about the room, he is very disappointed, if its not heavy rain and storm is coming right away i will transfer to another hotel. But i just have no choice.

Merry Christmas. Very affordable and clean. Spacious and worth it.

The place is so cozy and worth the penny . They have a welcoming snacks, working wifi and fast Internet connection.

− I didn't like the part when we were trying to open the door because we could not easily access the key due to the wrong pin code being sent through email. I kept on contacting the authorized brother of the owner about the said concerned, but he was not available, and it's frustrating to figure out how to open the door.

Here I will give nice ideas how to maximize the great experience staying here as a visitor. great hot shower, strong aircon, refrigerator, TV had netflix youtube and prime. The well equipped interior felt very modern and nicely designed with special lighting and glass seperation between shower and toilet, drawer/dresser to store your clothes and kitchen to cook or microwave with sink, cabinets dishes utensils cups. The huge pool was nice Sshaped pool in Phase 2 which is a bit older than the 3 larger pools in Phase 3. Sometimes we were able to access the Phase 3 pools although technically we were only allowed to use Phase 2 pool. There are no fast food restaurants there and Maxim Food had no selections for some reason, but I highly recommend an extremely sumptuous filling Korean buffet for 199php per head in Marigondon Crossing called Food Camp. The nearest mall are Shangs towards Newtown direction and Gaisano Basak Mactan mall towards old bridge direction. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the staff cleaned the room perfectly upon checkin but could not clean every 2 days. It is basically self clean unless you are able to stay for 2 weeks or more. If you are brand new to Cebu or Mactan then use Maxim Habal or Grab Taxi. Although it is in the same island as MCIA airport it is still far from the airport and as far as from airport to Cebu City. Hopefully someday they can make better airport transportation from airport to all places in Lapu Lapu/Mactan. To get here from the airport take white taxi for 250php or Maxim Habal motorcycle taxi for 130php. Another CHEAPEST option is to get food from Savemore or Island Central Mall then take jeepney to Marigondon Crossing then walk for 10 minutes to the destination. Taxi to ICM or Savemore is around 60php then jeepney is around 30php per head white aircon jeepney and maybe 20php for basic nonaircon jeepney. Airport to Savemore/ICM area is actually walkable for 20 minutes if you love the exercise.

− A bit far from the airport even if it is in the other side of Mactan but you can take jeepney if you have extra time or maxim habal to get around if not much time
