10.0A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, o estacionamento apesar de rotativo sempre tinha vaga, piscina bem limpa e as instalações do hotel são novas.
− Deixo como sugestão a limpeza dos lençóis ser mais cuidadoso e deixar mais um lençol de reserva, só o que tem na cama não é suficiente.
No geral, foi bom.
8.0Da janela, da Tv e dos utensílios dentro.
− Não tinha papel higiênico e o chuveiro elétrico não funcionava.

4.0Da área de laser, a piscina é muito boa.
− Péssima! O meu quarto estava com a porta quebrada, pedi pra trocar, me deram um prazo de 30 minutos e ninguém veio. As pessoas que ficam na recepção não resolvem nada, tudo de reclamação tem que falar pelo o WhatsApp e nada mais… nem papel higiênico veio no meu quarto, a cama pequena. Fiquei muito triste, passei o dia quase todo tentando resolver o problema do meu quarto e nada, me pediram video, fotos e nao obtive nenhuma resposta, um total descaso! Não voltarei mais … Ah, o quarto tem um sistema de modo econômico de energia que fica a todo instante as luzes se desligando, muito chato. Do nada tudo se desligava e ninguém me comunicou isso, só descobrir como desativar isso pq fui a recepção.
