Eine Nacht auf einem Stuhl in der Bar, statt in meinem bezahlten Zimmer
1.0Das Frühstück, die Lage, der Welnessbereich
− Ich schreibe hier nur, weil mein Anliegen weder ernst genommen wurde, noch eine geforderte Stellungnahme auf folgenden Fall erhalten habe. Eine Ignoranz und Respektlosigkeit, die seinesgleichen sucht. Ich habe für 2 Nächte gebucht. In der zweiten Nacht kam im um ca 0.30 vom Bruning Mountain. Ich habe vorgängig 2 Mal gefragt, ob es ein Problem sei, so spät zu kommen und beide Male wurde mir gesagt, das sei kein Problem. Ich kam an und meine Schlüsselkarte fuktionierte nicht. Ich habe mehrmals versucht jemanden zu erreichen (das ist belegt auf den Tlefonliste), fuhr dann um diese Zeit eine Stunde in Schuls herum ein Hotel zu finden, musste kapitulieren und musste in der Bar auf einem Stuhl (Foto mit Zeitstempel gemacht) übernachten. Am Morgen um 6.15 kam die Küchencrew und die haben mir jemanden organsiesiert, damit ich wenigstesn meine Sachen im Zimmer noch packen konnte und eine Dusche nehmen konnte. Bei dem Gespräch mit dem MAnagement, welches ich nach dem Frühstück forderte, wurde mir verischert, dass ich die Nacht selbstverständlich zurückerstattet bekäme. Ich warte noch heute! Auf meine EMail eine Woche nach diesem Horrorweekend wurde mir gesagt, wie sehr sie den Zwischenfall bedauern, aber sonst ist nichts passiert. In der Schweiz gibt es ein Beherbungsgesetz. Es scheint nun so zu sein, dass ich mir Rechtshilfe nehmen muss, damit ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Ich war noch so kulant und ruhig, dass ich meinte, mir reiche eine Rückerstattung der einen Nacht. Ich überlege mir nun mit meiner Anwältin, ob ich hier einen Schadenersatz verlangen kann, denn ich hatte nicht nur kein Zimmer, welches ich bezahlt habe im Voraus, ich hatte auch kein Bett. Und das ist ja eine Situation, die ich nie so gesucht hätte. Leider hat auch Booking auf meine Schreiben reagiert, das macht mich, als Genius Mitglied, zusätzlich wütend.
