Brilliant location for exploring, fantastic caravan really spacious and comfy will book again for next year! Very spacious and had everything you need. Our little girl loved it! We book this park every year and always try different owners but this is by far the best! Private parking, VERY comfy bed which is unusual for a caravan. Make sure you take a walk into herne bay or if your feeling brave Whistable is great and crab fishing. Try howletts zoo and a drive to Deal Castle for a chilled day, and if the fishing pier is a lovely bar and restaurant, highly recommend this stay!

− The on site entertainment isn’t great but that’s nothing to do with the owner, this caravan is lovely and in a good quite location, perfect for little ones and family, lots of space. Site tip - Don’t bother buying a pass for the clubhouse and pool no one is there to ask you or even looks at a pass. The on site shop isn’t great so get a little food shop on the way.

We had a great stay, perfect location for us, easy to find and the caravan was beautiful. We have stayed on seaview many times as we have family close by and Coatguard 45 has the comfiest beds by far. Everything was 10/10 and we will definitely book again.

Very happy with the accommodation. It was Like it was all brand new. Very clean and it even included a microwave and an air fryer. Would go again.

− The shower fittings were a little awarkward, and the base was very slippy. Other than that everything was excellent.

Great caravan, very clean and well looked after. Lots of little extras that helped to make for a comfortable stay. Good location in the Park and lots of fantastic open spaces and seaside walks just a few metres away. Easy to walk along the coastal path to Hampton (great playpark and pub), Hernebay and Whitstable

− A personal preference but a few too many air fresheners in the property!

We loved it here. So clean and has everything you need - it’s really well equipped. It felt spacious and really comfortable. Lots of plug sockets, storage and mirrors. Really close to the pool and beach. Our boys loved riding their bikes along the nearby coast. The cookies left for us were yummy, thanks!
