7.0Location is good. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with most things needed for cooking.
− Floors were dirty. Carpets need ti be cleaned. Porch table was dirty and needed to be swept. House is old and needs some updating. There needs to be instructions for the TV as it has 3 remotes.
