− O teto do banheiro e as paredes do quarto precisam de reforma urgente.

− Haviam restos de embalagens duvidosas (prefiro nem comentar) atrás do colchão da sala. Excessos de produtos utilizados em manutenção e reforma, como latas de tintas, massa corrida, rolos de pinturas, baldes, caixas elétricas, tudo distribuidos pelos armários do quarto, cozinha e lavanderias. Azuleijos soltos e não repostos. Além do microondas não funcionando.
