The location is excellent, right in the heart of Istria and just a short drive from the region's main attractions, including Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč.
The accommodation has everything a family of four needs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cosy, and the air conditioning works perfectly, making it easy to relax and escape the heat during the day.
Overall, it's a great base for exploring Istria while still feeling comfortable and at home.
− The only thing I would recommend improving is adding a ventilation fan in the bathroom. However, since the bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated and looked brand new—much nicer than in the photos—I assume there simply wasn't enough time to install one. Hopefully, it will be added in the future.

Zum 2. Mal einen schönen Urlaub verbracht

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Villa Olea. Die neue Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar, aber dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Selbst der kleine Sohn war schon sehr aufmerksam.
Die Küche wäre vielleicht etwas spärlich eingerichtet, wenn man kochen wollte wie zu Hause. Aber da wir das im Urlaub nicht machen, haben wir nichts vermisst.
Das Bad in unserem Appartement war sehr klein, aber wir wollten ja auch nicht drin tanzen. Die Handtücher fanden Platz auf einem Ständer vor dem Bad.
Schlüsselkästchen an der Appartementtür, so dass wir den Schlüssel nicht immer mitnehmen mussten, und wenn wir mal getrennt unterwegs waren, kamen wir beide unabhängig voneinander ins Appartement. Das war sehr praktisch.
Einen Wäscheständer für unsere Strandhandtücher konnten wir vor dem Appartement nutzen, so dass er auf dem Balkon keinen Platz einnahm.
Es gibt mehrere Appartements, aber es war ruhig, von den anderen Gästen haben wir nichts mitbekommen.
Hundefreundlich. Mit Sicherheit auch kinderfreundlich.
Insgesamt eventuell nicht für Gäste mit hohen Ansprüchen geeignet, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus in einer nur von Anwohnern genutzten ruhigen Straße.
Wer keinen Trubel sucht, ist in Peroj gut aufgehoben. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Konsum, Obst- und Bäckerladen, sowie eine Bushaltestelle, um nach Fazana oder Pula zu gelangen.
Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Oder man nimmt das Auto, es gibt mehrere Parkplätze.
Insgesamt waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und planen wiederzukommen.
− Das Internet war sehr unzuverlässig, man darf nicht drauf angewiesen sein, um z.b. zu arbeiten.

Die Lage ist perfekt - Pula und Rovinj in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ansonsten auch Fazana und Peroj selbst, perfekte Orte mit tollen kleinen Lokalen und super Essen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
− Nachbarn waren leider bis meistens 1 Uhr in der Früh sehr laut - sonst war alles perfekt!
