Many many problems……..
3.0Pool size, depth and temp was great
− Where do I start……firstly this property is described as having air conditioning, it says so in several places on the advert. This is not true, It should say PARTIALLY air conditioned. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms, there is none downstairs in the living areas. I would NEVER book a property in august in Majorca that isn’t fully air conditioned, the advert is misleading. The pots in the kitchen were filthy and I mean filthy!! We had to wash every single one before we could use them. The parasol was broken, a pool cue was snapped in half and a bedroom door handle was broken. The smoke detector was on a side unit where it had been left after clearly falling off the roof (the tape was still in place). Finally the pool was unusable between 8.30pm and 10pm every night due to the pool light being on a timer that came on at 10.03pm. I emailed and called solmar villas several times about all these issues and didn’t receive a single response!!!! Very very poor customer service.
