La comodidad de la ubicacion. Tienes todo, cerca el mar, el paseo marítimo, supermercados, mercadillos, bares, restaurantes, todo...

− ... La limpieza de los utensilios de cocina y el que no hubiera ni una bayeta ni un trapo ni tan solo un estropajo en definitiva un kit de limpieza faltaba

L'appartement est grand et la plage est en bas de la rue.

− Cela pourrait être mieux en y mettant un peu de moyens mais là je rejoins un commentaire que j'ai vu plus bas : c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Je m'explique : déjà l'appartement est loin du centre et situé à l'extrémité de la pineda face au port gazier, pour ce qui est de la vue mer, j'ai déjà vu mieux ! C'était une location de dernière minute donc on a pas trop fait les difficiles, l'appartement même s'il est un peu vétuste était propre à notre arrivée sauf pour ce qui est de la vaisselle, les verres sales certains sont en plus ébréchés, les assiettes et les poêles pleines de gras, franchement plutôt qu'un lave linge dans la cuisine il serait bien mieux d'avoir un lave vaisselle cela éviterait ce genre de désagrément. La climatisation est seulement dans le salon vous devrez vider l'eau par vous même car il n'y a pas d'évacuation. Ah et concernant le stationnement dans la rue, il vous en coûtera environ 10€ par jour car pas de place gratuite à proximité. En conclusion, le prix demandé est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations, pour comparaison pour le même prix nous avions loué il y a 2 ans un penthouse avec toit terrasse beaucoup mieux équipé et face à la mer dans un secteur un peu plus sympa.

la seva ubicació al costat de la platja és mol adient. El bloc d'edificis té piscina comunitària. Hi ha aire acondicionat al menjador.

− El check in és bastant tard i el check out molt d'hora. Et fan pagar una fiança de 150€ que no surt a la pàgina de booking (triguem a tornar-la). No deixen sabó, ni sal, ni sucre, res. Hi ha coses per cuinar però res més. Només hi ha aire acondicionat només al menjador, a les habitacions no.
