9.0Удобное расположение в центре города, быстрое заселение, без излишней волокиты, хозяйка квартиры вежливая, внимательная и заботливая! Все необходимое есть и даже больше: нужные и необходимые мелочи тоже, что очень удобно!
− Тепло в квартире только обогрев на кондиционере, было б удобнее если больше работал котел

10.0Отличное расположение квартиры !! Чисто в квартире !!! Хозяин квартиры Александр очень вежливый !!! Наличие частной парковки это большой бонус к квартире !!! Симпатичный вид и окон !!!
− В описание написано что есть балкон но он совмещен с спальней но это не критично !! Есть еще один минус но это претензии к Букингу у меня сумма к оплате была на 200 лей дешевле чем у хозяина !!!
