10.0Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend nella splendida casa della signora Lia. L’ambiente è accogliente, i dettagli sono curati con grande attenzione, la pulizia impeccabile. La padrona di casa si è dimostrata estremamente cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

− L'opzione taverna, è di fatto un garage trasformato in camera, pagato come una suite. E' presente una cucina, senza però neanche una posata, un piatto o un bicchiere. Quindi a che serve? Bisogna portarsi le stoviglie da casa?
Comodità per un breve soggiorno
6.0La posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro di Porto Sant Elpidio e il lungomare, così come molto bella la vista della campagna intorno e la possibilità di un tavolo fuori per goderne al mattino e alla sera.
− L’accoglienza è stata un po’ inusuale e la proprietaria non molto chiara, la possibilità di non poter pagare in loco con carte è un inconveniente che andrebbe specificato. L’appartamento che ci è stata o gentilmente dato in cambio di una camera risultava molto buio e un po’ datato.
