9.0The staff and the owner were amazing . The place was realy nice for our family.
− The back door in the kitchen was missing for someone who has a kids, I was not happy about that although the sun room door was lockable.

1.0Dee was responsive and communication was good
− She wouldnt let me cancel the stay completely making me pay for a day and cleaning without compromise even though the living space was not acceptable for dogs and there was a disgusting poo smell throughout the house. I couldnt stay there even a night and was not at all appropriate for a dog with nails and fence pailings all over the floor and broken drive port door so dogs can escape and holes throughout fence and loud and smell is unbearable.
Stay was good some issues were like not clean, bedroom heater only 1 working ,water drain was blocked was so slow.

10.0Amazing property near all the amenities. Train station at walkable distance, restaurants, shopping center, city just 20 mins away. Will book this again if we have a chance to visit again.
