− Virtually no natural light. Entrance to building, as owner described, is not at all renovated. But we got to like it

Perfetta la posizione nel cuore di Modena. Ci e’ piaciuta la metratura spaziosa e l’efficienza del Signor Dario che ha saputo risolvere piccoli problemi in tempo record! Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera ROSA! Ottima anche la connessione Wi Fi !

− Dalle finestre non entra luce e danno su un triste cortile interno. Il bagno e’ senza finestra. Le istruzioni per check in & out consiglio di darle in stile riassunto con i Punti importanti. Il parcheggio gratuito e’ inesistente a meno che non si abbia una botta di fortuna incredibile. Consiglio di parcheggiare a pagamento Park Novi a 7 minuti a piedi dall’alloggio ma senza stress. Rapporto qualità e prezzo non il massimo.
