5.0It was an older home. Location was great. Close to the beach.
− The pool was green. There was no bath soap available. The shower knob was just turning so you don’t know how cold or hot the water was going to be. There was a few dead roaches. The garage was a bit messy for being an Airbnb.

1.0− I would not recommend this to anyone. When we first arrived it looks nothing like the photos provided the yard is very overgrown with little to know maintenance pieces of trim are falling off the house they're obvious as soon as you pull up then once we got inside it was fairly clean cheap furniture but the pool which is supposed to be heated was so low on water it would not run and nasty they did send the pool guy out to clean it but he could not the proper job because of the malfunction pool drain the heater never hate warm the pool up because it froze over and I was informed to turn it off but the worst is the overflowing septic which now they're trying to blame on us due to use of toilet paper which there's no warning not to use toilet like I said earlier I would not recommend anybody renting this house.

10.0House was super clean and comfortable. Im a charter boat captain and this was a last minute business trip to run fishing trips in boca grande . Host made booking easy and quick as I literally booked day of while on the boat running a trip . My girlfriend came down the last day as she was off from work . We loved the jacuzzi tub and pool . The house is spacious and comfortable. A excellent value
