− Propreté qui laisse à désirer (taches sur les draps de lit, cheveux et poils au sol et sur le canapé) Mauvaise isolation de l’appartement, notamment la fenêtre de la chambre Pas de savon à la cuisine ou à la salle de bains pour se laver les mains (pas très pratique quand on arrive le soir et que les supermarchés sont fermés) Pas de réception, uniquement un contact sur WhatsApp Le fitness n’est absolument pas le même que sur les photos (autant dire qu’il est inexistant!) Rapport qualité / prix élevé!

8.0La ubicacion. Está muy cerca de la playa y la esquina donde comienzan las peatonales
− La mesada demasiado chica (no hay lugar ni para apoyar un plato y menos para cocinar). En el baño el inodoro está demasiado cerca de la mampara de la ducha. No hay ganchos para colgar los toallones en el baño. En el balcon, en las imágenes cuando lo alquilamos había una mesada con una bacha. En el balcon del departamento 206 que alquilmaos no había tal mesada.
