Great villa with a pool.

The villa is very comfortable for 2 families (4 rooms and 4 bathrooms). It is fully equipped and very clean. Localisation is great (very quiet street and just a few minutes walk to the sea side and restaurants / shopping). The pool and terrace are great. Very good contact with the owners before and during stay. Strongly recommend also to take a boat (or taxi boat) to explore the islands near by.

Exklusives, tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Tolles neues Haus, top ausgestattet, Kontakt zu Vermieter sehr angenehm und nett. Da wir mit einer Gruppe von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen angereist sind hätten sie sogar noch mehr Liegen am Pool gekauft. Nicht weit ins Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

− Das ist kein negativer Punkt, es sollte in der Beschreibung geändert werden, dass es nicht 4 Badezimmer gibt sondern nur 3. Es sind drei Doppelzimmer vorhanden, zwei mit eigenem Bad. Desweiteren gibt es ein Doppelzimmer ohne eigenes Bad und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die beiden Zimmer müssen sich ein Bad teilen. Das war für uns etwas schwierig, da wir mit 4 Badezimmer gerechnet haben und diese auch gebraucht hätten, weil sich die Personen nicht gekannt haben.Das vierte Badezimmer ist nur eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Der Pool ist ab Nachmittag im Schatten und für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität schwer bis nicht zu benutzen da der Einstieg nur über eine Leiter möglich ist.

Neubau mit top Ausstattung. Sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet da das Wohnzimmer fließend in die Terrasse übergeht.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir wurden persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und sie haben uns alles erklärt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, es gibt genügend Platz und alles war sehr sauber. Das Highlight war der Pool, der eine super Abkühlung bei den warmen Temperaturen bot. Dieser wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts gleich 2x gereinigt. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und ein Supermarkt, die Promenade erreicht man in nur 5 Gehminuten, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen!
