− Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt. 1 Tag vorher hatte ich Telefonischen Kontakt um die Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen. Als Ich wie verabredet angekommen bin war niemand vor Ort. Nach Rückfrage beim Vermieter erhielt Ich eine Textnachricht das Zimmer sei nicht mehr verfügbar,Ich solle stornieren(was nur 4 Tage vorher möglich war) Somit habe Ich umsonst bezahlt.Fühle mich abgezockt!

3.0Když jsem ubytování objednal někdy napřímo, obdržel jsem fakturu okamžitě, abych mohl zaplatit a vlastník obdržel platbu co nejdříve. Vše fungovalo, jak má.
− Dvakrát jsem objednal tohle ubytování přes Booking a v obou případech jsem musel urgovat zaslání faktury písemně a telefonicky. Nyní čekám opět již 14 dní. Poslední odpověď majitele je, že nemá čas. Zákaznický servis Booking je k ničemu a není schopen svého obchodního partnera donutit fakturu poslat. Přesto s takovými partnery nadále spolupracuje. Nejedná se bohužel o jediný případ. Objednáváme měsíčně ubytování přes Booking za několik tisíc Eur a občas se stane, že je problém s fakturou. V tomto směru má Booking velký potenciál na zlepšení, pokud mu jde o spokojeného zákazníka.
