neseriozitate, mi s au incasat banii integral la rezervare spunand ca asta e politica booking, am solicitat factura, am introdus datele de facturare iar cand am ajuns la locatie mi a spus ca factura nu deconteaza ca e persoana fizica. nu a vrut nici sa anuleze rezervarea asa ca m am ales cu paguba
