− Під час заселення я пів дня не могла отримати код для входу, оскільки мені не відповідали. Коли ми потрапили в апартаменти, вони були повністю не прибрані: брудна постіль, підлога, холодильник, сміття. Було враження, що попередні гості виїхали, а ми одразу заїхали після них. Перші 3–4 дні ми самостійно прибирали та приводили апартаменти до нормального стану. Постільну білизну довелося прати й сушити феном. Кондиціонери не працювали. Wi-Fi працював лише у вітальні, у спальнях не працював. Через 4 дні закінчився газ, і 6 днів я не могла готувати їжу, через що зіпсувалися продукти. Газ привезли лише через шість днів, підключення організовували самостійно. Рушників майже не було. Чистої постільної білизни не було. Не було праски та прасувальної дошки. Загалом це були найгірші апартаменти, у яких я зупинялася за весь час моїх подорожей.

Beznadziejny lokal i gospodarz.

− Obiekt bardzo brudny, zaniedbany, niesprzątany chyba od roku, śmierdziało, zatęchłe powietrze, śmieci walały się na każdym kroku. Nikt nie wywoził śmieci. Zepsute umywalki krany i klimatyzacje. Gospodarz nie reagował na uwagi. Generalnie dno.

− hidden fees, communication is bad, invoices are not given even when requested dozen of times. very very dirty even old used socks were found in the drawers including dust balls. cleaning supplies were not provided, no where to hang clothes etc
