9.0L'appartamento, nonostante sia un po' vecchio, era molto pulito e c'era tutto il necessario. La posizione ottima, in soli 20 minuti si è a Time Square! Appartamento molto più grande e spazioso di quanto mi aspettassi. Il check-in e il check-out in autonomia di permettono di arrivare a qualsiasi orario senza problemi, l'ho trovato molto utile.
− Noi abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio e l'appartamento era un po' freddo senza la possibilità di alzare il riscaldamento. Anche l'acqua dei rubinetti usciva solo fredda, per fortuna la doccia aveva anche acqua calda. In più molte "comodità" sono escluse dal prezzo, come il wifi o il parcheggio per i quali è necessario pagare un extra.

1.0Son una estafa! No reserven te quitan dinero y el dia la reserva te cancelan! Te piden papeles de pais siendo extranjero ( turista) y luego te cancelan ! Además te envían links de páginas alternas para que pagues mas dinero por una supuesta calificación de seguridad!!! Después te amenazan via teléfono y correo electrónico!!!

3.0No hot water barely warm and just barely above a drip from kitchen sink and unfortunately the shower.
− Couldn’t shower and not very clean. Was freezing in there thermostat set at 67 needed heat that evening

− This property I ended up paying 200 for and then there was a hidden fee and extra link you have to fill with an extra 40 dollars or so and everything was beyond disgusting the bathtub is missing paint and looks like someone died inside . there is no effort in cleanliness or a sweep previous clothing remained from previous guests underneath the couch the link I filled took a long time to work and they wanted me to contact the truvia company flies were nested in the bathrooms may be in groups of 5 atleast 100 over the house do now reserve
