Great location. 3 minute walk to the DLR. 10-15 minute walk to the underground (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines). Secure building. Some flexibility in check in/check out and luggage storage. Good that is has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

− Apartment was not particularly clean - dust on the floors and surfaces. In particular, once turning on the fan in the bedroom a used condom wrapper blew out from under the bed. More through cleaning is needed between guests. We travelled during a warm weather period - which I appreciate the staff can't control. The apartment has limited ventilation - relying on two fans - and there is no AC. This made the temperature difficult to manage at times. One bedroom window opened fully, which was great, but the other was blocked by a blind - making it difficult to get ventilation. Travelled as a party of 4 to attend some concerts, see the sights of London and and to celebrate a birthday. As a result, we had some balloons etc. that we used when there to give our friend some gifts. When leaving, we disposed of these in the bin before check out. However, when leaving the host saw these items in the bin and then accused us of hosting a party with extra guests and loud noises - which just did not happen and is not something we would do when booking an apartment. Communication with the staff was not always straightforward and check in/check out times were altered at short notice. Overall these things were manageable, but they did at times take away from the stay slightly.

We had a wonderful week stay. We had a slight glitch when checking in, but it was resolved quickly. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked out great for my husband, myself, and our adult daughter. The beds were comfortable and the clean bathrooms were in good working order. We didn't do any cooking, but did laundry, bought food and stored it in refrigerator, and heated things in the microwave. The balcony was nice, the view beautiful. The apartment had some wear and tear, but everything worked and was convenient. We loved walking along the wharf. There was a convenient Tesco around the corner. The Italian restaurant down the wharf, Capeesh, was very good. We had some of the best Chinese food ever across the wharf - we ate there twice. The DLR was only a five minute walk, the Canary Wharf Tube station was about a 17 minute walk. We would definitely go back to this apartment again.
